Streamer presented all its products at the African Utility Week
19.05.2019Streamer's staff, Head of Product Marketing Department, Product Promotion Director Jean-Baptiste Frain, marketer Tatiana Bezgodova, and NUGEN technologies (Pty) LTD distributors representatives in the Region, worked at the event.
Participation in the African Utility Week addressed the investigation of the South African market. In particular, this is the very heart of diamond mining companies for which Streamer's products will be relevant.
During the African Utility Week, we demonstrated line lightning protective devices, Transec high-tech equipment for continuous drying of oil-filled transformer insulation and power transformers condition monitoring systems, and a Surge counter.
The stand setting at the African Utility Week exhibition was very unusual. The allocation of booths looked like a big workspace which is very different from Russia. The pavilion had a lot of arranged negotiating rooms for comfortable communication. The show was attended by companies from Africa, China, Asian countries, India, Europe, Russia, USA. This is not the first event in Africa where Streamer presented its products. We will continue our work here in the future as this region is very important for us. We will work intensely with distributors, involve them into our promotion activities and support in different ways", Tatiana Bezgodova said.
It should be reminded that last year Streamer for the first time participated in the largest regional show, Electra Mining Africa 2018, which was held in Johannesburg, the business capital of the South-African Republic.

Prof. Amedeo Andreotti was looking for medium voltage line protection devices for E-Distribuzione, the Distribution utility of Italy, part of the ENEL group owner of the electrical network in Italy but also many other electrical networks around the world. E- Distribuzione is actively looking to improve the lightning outage rate on their overhead line network and particularly in the northern part of Italy.
